By accessing and using the Fight365 mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

To access the app, you must be registered as a member by your gym administrator or instructor. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, comments, suggestions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Location Services

The app uses location services for class check-in verification. By using this feature, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Membership and Fees

Access to the app is tied to your gym membership. Membership fees and policies are managed by your gym and are separate from this app. We are not responsible for membership billing or disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Fight365 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fight365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Termination of your gym membership
• Upon your request

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
