Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get access to the app?

Only registered gym members can access the app. Please contact your gym administrator or instructor to create an account for you. Once your account is created, you'll receive a sign-in link via email.

How do I check in for a class?

Navigate to the "Check-In" screen, make sure location services are enabled, and ensure you're within 3 miles of the gym. Select the class you're attending and tap "Check In".

How do I update my profile photo?

Go to your Profile screen and tap the pencil icon on your profile picture. You can then choose to take a new photo or select one from your gallery.

Can I view other members' profiles?

Yes! Go to "All Members" to search and view profiles of your training partners, including their belt rank and training history.

How do I submit suggestions?

Navigate to "Submit Suggestion" from the menu. All suggestions are submitted anonymously, and only instructors and admins will review them.

Who can see my training data?

Your basic profile information (name, belt rank, profile photo) is visible to all members. Your detailed training history, last promotion date, and last class attended are only visible to instructors and admins.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

We use passwordless email login. Simply enter your registered email on the login screen, and we'll send you a secure sign-in link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your gym administrator.

How do I delete my account?

Please contact your gym administrator or instructor to request account deletion. They will process your request and remove your data from the system.
